5TH BIRTHDAY BASHOCTOBER 11 2018112018OCTOBERAbout 5TH BIRTHDAY BASH!   Our 5th Birthday Bash was held on the 11th October 2018 at the Theatre on the Track, in Kyalami. Our growing organisation celebrated well-earned achievements with our customers and our strategic partners who came down from Europe/Japan/USA and the likes to join in the festivities. Guest speakers such as Francois-Remy Monnier from NEC, Rupert Brazier from Pure Storage provided warm words of thanks and encouragement for the future and the ever-entertaining Barry Hilton graced our stage and allowed the room’s roar of laughter to carry us through the night.

ANNUAL AMG DAYJULY 25 2019252019JULYAboutANNUAL AMG DAY! The annual AMG day was held on the 25th July 2019 on the ground-shaking turf of AMG’s headquarters at Zwartkops Raceway. This event involved a technology update session, with a sole focus on next generation technologies we are implementing and incorporating in our solutions. We would love to thank one of our strategic partners, Pure Storage who assisted with and co-sponsored this enthusiast event. Being thought-of-as leaders in the field of All Flash and NVMe, Pure Storage have purpose-built technologies which leverage flash, to scale storage performance exponentially when compared to the traditional technologies found in today’s data centres.   On this day our customers discovered what true performance and control means, the information sessions were intertwined with professional, instructor-led, advanced driver/industry training. Our customers received training with a certified experience that highlighted the difference between average and exceptional performance and of course, they all received their driver training certificates.

RUGBY WORLD CUP OCTOBER 4th 2019 04 2019 OCTOBER About RUGBY WORLD CUP!   A different style and approach to building relationships with the customers, networking and engaging with each other internally. Rugby in this country has always and will always be a nation-binding activity. We held this relaxed event on the 4th October 2019 to show the Rugby World Cup match between South Africa and Italy. This allowed our customers to bond and let loose outside the boardroom and enabled them to experience the fun side of Data Sciences.

FAMILY FUN DAY NOVEMBER 30 2019 30 2019 NOVEMBER About FAMILY FUN DAY! Data Sciences’ Annual Family Fun Day was held at “Imagine the Venue” to welcome all employees and include their families (of all ages) to bring out their young fun sides and an appetite for great food after a year of hard-to-the-bone work. Data Sciences’ kids showed no mercy when attacking the directors and soaking them with water guns. Laughs and joyful memories were shared between co-workers and their youngsters. The Data Sciences Family is a strong unit of which the underlying foundations are built on love, fun and trust. “Thank you to Marianne and DSC for the day, it was an honour to introduce my family to my other family. A fantastic day!” – Hennie S “Baie Dankie, soos altyd stel jy nooit teleur, goeie werk oubul. Dit was a great day. Daar was net te min water, hahaha” – Tommy F
