The Solidarity e-Race Meet & Greet Evening was held on Tuesday, 17th November 2020 at the Afrihost Head Office. It was a chance for the organisers, the sponsors, the SIM racers and the broadcasters to get together.
During the lockdown period Solidarity e-Race has been actively involved in raising funds for the Solidarity Fund by creating various instalments of the SER, Solidarity e-Race.
The most recent and 5th instalment of the franchise was the CoCre8 Solidarity e-Race: British High Tea and took place from the 19th – 25th October 2020.
Solidarity e-Race is a high impact E-Sports motor racing competition, promoting the sim racing gaming community.
The sponsors of the different instalments of the races were Afrihost, CoCre8, Data Sciences Corporation, NEC and Purestorage. The broadcasters were Greg Moloney a broadcaster, who for 21 years, has cemented himself into SA Motorsport and Motoring domains as the Voice of Choice for all LIVE Events, TV, Radio & Social Media. Sasha Martinengo was born to be successful and to be in the spotlight. Proudly Italian with an ancestral racing gene in his blood, he was destined to take South Africa by storm, by becoming one of the faces and voices of Formula One and Motor sport in general.
